Welcome to Onkel Fares! This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders placed through our online store.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days after we receive your payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using DHL as our primary carrier for secure and reliable delivery.
Germany – Free shipping for orders over €25; otherwise €3.90
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Europe (including the UK) – Flat rate €9.90
Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days
International (non-EU) – Flat rate €14.90
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal operations, and seasonal factors.
Shipping Carrier
All standard orders are shipped via DHL.
However, Miswak items are shipped via Deutsche Post as letter mail (brief) and therefore do not include tracking.
This method ensures low-cost international delivery for small, lightweight items.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number (if applicable).
You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time through DHL’s online tracking service.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us at onkelfares@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend the item first. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
